Safety-Display

Safety-Display is the display series dedicated to the prevention of accident in workplaces. highlighting in real time data about the accidents, it contributes incisively to raise awareness among professionals with respect to security issues in the workplace.

On the one hand promotes security managers to implement all the measures used for the prevention of accidents and encourages other professionals to pay more attention on the work done in order to avoid injury to themselves and others. The use of this kind of LED display is ideal in situations where the employee is exposed to particular risks, but it may be advantageous even where there is a reduced risk because, in addition to performing his duties as accident prevention, it contributes to strengthening the image of companies that want to present themselves as adherents to the principles of "corporate social responsibility" that provide for the note also particular attention to the issue of safety at work (see certification SA8000, www.sa-intl.org ).

Large LED Display Days Since Last Accident

Safety-Display can be installed both in a closed environment (in an assembly line, in the canteen, in reception) and outside (in the parking motor vehicles, the main entrance etc.). Bios Elettronica manufactures Safety-Display in six standard versions to which you can add custom versions with additional fields and custom graphics. The standard versions differ in size, the number of fields displayed and whether or not to be installed outdoor. The outdoor models are obviously protected from the weather (IP55) and they are made with technology and components that make them very bright, so readable, even at peak sunlight.

The most complete version displays four fields over time and date (see image above). On request, you can add fields, change the number of digits of the field and its fixed writing.

Programming modes
For the models with only one field you can setting the starting number and reset to zero through the infrared keyboard TK5 (included). The number displayed relative to the days since the last accident will automatically refresh every 24 hours. 
For the models with multiple fields two programming mode are available (you must choose when you order the display): via infrared keyboard TK5 or via PC with SD-updater software. 
The fields "date and time", "days since last accident" and “days record without accidents” automatically update. The other data must be entered manually (via the keypad TK5 or PC).
